Information about the payment of prize money

According to the Swedish Tax Rules the paying of price money is equivalent to a salary. Therefore, we need to deduct withholding tax and social security contributions from the prize money. This means that 30% of the sum that are paid to you is deducted.

Payment can also be made to the company or organization with an F-tax. The invoice needs to include that you have F-tax. Then you send an invoice to us within 30 days from completion of the events, with a 10 days payment time from said invoice date. This can be mailed to us at the following address:

NOTE!
Note that the requirement to get the prize money in addition to actually win the race is that you have to participate in our award ceremony at the LAN. This is usually held together whit all the winners from every game on the last night of the event after the games has been concluded.
