2. General rules
Earnings: The first team that wins 16 rounds, or the team that wins the first four rounds of overtime.
Round Time: 1 minutes 45 seconds
Freeze Time: 12 seconds
C4 Timer: 35 seconds
Overtime (MR3): At 15-15 tied at the end of the match, you will have to play overtime, overtime will be played on the MR3, ie. each team need to play 3
rounds, first to 4 rounds wins. Each player will then receive up to 10,000SEK each. The teams will remain on the side they played on under the last
half of the games (Terrorist or Counter-Terrorist)

* It is not allowed to start a match with fewer than five players on the team.
* Note that you may not change teams or play in more than 1 team in the tournament
* Every team designates a team captain who will take discussions and confirming results with the tournament manager.
4. Selection of maps

5. Election of the side and map
* A Simple match (best of 1 map) with a knife round before the start of the match will determine which team starts on which side, the winning team
choose. At half time, the teams will change sides.
* Half-time will be no more than two minutes, both teams must be ready. (exception about longer breaks has to be taken by the tournament manager)
* Would the following three MR3 (overtime rounds) still end at a draw the tournament manager appoints a map that is played on MR5 with 4,500 in
start money.
6. Messaging and Communications
* The teams may not use the global in-game chat in an abusive, obscene, vulgar or otherwise disruptive manner during a match. This includes
pre-match, breaks, etc. In serious attacks or violations, the team will immediately be disqualified.
* Ventrilo and TeamSpeak are permitted.
7. Accidental events
* Server Crash - When the server crashes / freezes / etc and causing the match server to stops responding.
* If the 4th round has not been completed the match restarts.
* If the 4th round is played, the match starts again with the score that was before the accident, but the START Money is 6000.
* Client Crash - A player's computer crashes / freezes / etc causing the participant to be unable to continue playing. The game can be paused at
the beginning of the next round.
* A pause of two minutes will be allocated to allow the person to reconnect. Once the player has come in again, the match will be un paused by a
team captain. Abuse of this "pause" functionality will result in disciplinary action at the judgment of the tournament manager. A 10 minute total break
time is allowed for each team.
8. Installation and configuration
No non-standard game settings or the third party applications that affect the game may be used. Teams caught using anything else will get a punishment
or a warning at the tournament manager decision.

11. Conflicts and disputes
* Do not try to intentionally using or attempting to find ways around the rules, or indicate that it is not listed as you thought you could use it.
* A tournament manager will use its judgment to determine the outcome of any utilized disputes or bad behavior.
* All disputes must be held between the tournament manager and leader of each team (or trustee).
* The conflicts are not allowed to discuss outside of those people involved until the conflict is over.
* The violation of any of these rules (which is written here), there will be a punishment that the tournament manager determines, which may include
suspension and loss of the match or a reduction on the score.
* All match disputes must be submitted by a team manager (or trustee) to the tournament manager within a 10 min period after the match.
12. Other info
* In-Eye Records is a requirement even though HLTV is on the server and recordar.
* WO, you can ask if your rival has not responded or come into the server after 15 minutes after the start of the match.
* You may request 3 smokeprints (10 minutes to upload) and 2 Recce. A tournament manager determines the appropriate punishment.
* Duck Jumping is allowed without a script.
* The games can be changed to a later time if the tournament manager approves.
13. Amendment of rules
* The administrators reserves the right to change the rules if necessary. This includes changes due to software updates or releases, the
administrator decisions and all other changes deemed necessary for the tournament.
* The teams are responsible to check the rules regularly before each match so that they are up to date on any rule changes. The teams need to
understand that the rules are guidelines to ensure fair gaming.
